Here is the training schedule for this week.
Group Runs:
Tuesday: 6:30 pm
3 Miles, Downtown Augusta
Meet at Cotton Patch Restaurant (We'll grab a bite to eat here after the run) MAP
Thursday: 6:30 pm
3 Miles, Augusta State University
Meet at the corner of Arsenal and Walton Way (ASU campus). Park in the lot nearest the cemetery, turn into the lot from Arsenal is the easiest -- no parking permit required after 5pm. MAP
Saturday: **7:00 am
Savannah Rapids pavilion, Evans- at the end of Evans-to-locks Rd, MAP
On your own:
Wednesday, 2 Miles (Easy run, at a pace you can talk the whole time)
Sunday, 2 Miles (Recovery run, walk or run at a pace you can talk the whole time)
