    • Sunday, February 22, 2015
    • Training will start November 16

    Train with the most enthusiastic
    group in the CSRA

This is the ideal way to go from 10k to a half, or to raise the bar for your half time (lower your PR). This program is  targeted to have you at your peak performance for the GRU Augusta Half Marathon on 2/22/15

The training will start November 16, so please sign up today!

We will work on critical race attributes like speed and endurance. In addition, we have found that we can build race confidence by conducting some of the training on the actual race course itself.

The cost of the program is $95 for Striders members and $125 for non-members; it includes the race entry in the GRU Augusta Half Marathon, three coach-supported group runs per week, and a training T-shirt.

Members, you will need to be signed onto the site to access the "members" pricing. If you forgot your password, or have not set up your account, click on "Forgot password" link in the Login box.
