    Join us for the 6th Annual Resolution Run 5K run/walk

    This race benefits a non-profit health clinic, Christ Church, which is run by the Augusta University physician assistant department. Our clinic’s mission is to provide healthcare services to the under-served and underprivileged community in the Augusta area. Through your participation in this race you impact the next generation of healthcare providers, bolster the health of your local community, and you also put yourself on track to a healthy life style. 

    The race will begin at 7:30 AM on Saturday, January 21st at Savannah Rapids Park in Martinez, GA. Warm refreshments and t-shirts will be given to all race participants and prizes to the first place runners. The cost is $25.

    Join Hopeful Hounds, Inc. for the 7th Annual Dog Gone Cold 5k run/walk on January 28, 2017 at the Julian Smith BBQ Pit (3 Milledge Road) in Augusta, GA. The 1-Mile Fun Run will begin at 9:30a.m. and the 5k will begin at 10:00a.m. All runners and walkers are encouraged to participate in the 5k and bring their canine companions! THIS EVENT WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE!

    The Dog Gone Cold 5K Course is USATF CERTIFIED!!! It is USATF Course Certification #GA12083WC. Take a look at the official USATF map of the course.

    Registration for the Dog Gone Cold 5k or 1-Mile Fun Run: To register for either the Dog Gone Cold 5K or 1-Mile Fun Fun, please do one of the following:

    Register online

    Register from 4:00pm - 7:00pm on Friday, January 27, at Fleet Feet in Augusta, GA (229 Furys Ferry Road)

    Register the morning of the event from 8:00am - 9:45am at the Julian Smith BBQ Pit.

    Event T-shirts: Event t-shirts will be available to participants who register by January 13, 2017. T-Shirts are not guaranteed to participants who register after 1/13/2017. Extras will be ordered but they will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. Participants will have the choice between a DARK GREY HEATHER or ROYAL BLUE t-shirt while supplies last. Adult sizes S, M, L, XL and XXL ($5 extra) and youth sizes (S, M, L, XL) will be available. There is an option to register without a t-shirt at a lower cost. The entry fee for the 1-Mile Fun Run is $15 with a t-shirt and $10 without a t-shirt. The Dog Gone Cold 5K is $25 with a t-shirt and $20 without a t-shirt through January 23, 2016 and $30 with a t-shirt and $25 without a t-shirt after January 23, 2016.

    Packet Pick-up: Registration packet pick-up will occur at the following dates, times and locations:

    4:00pm - 7:00pm at Fleet Feet in Augusta, GA (229 Furys Ferry Road) on Friday, January 29

    8:00am - 9:45am at the Julian Smith BBQ Pit prior to the Dog Gone Cold 5k

    8:00am - 9:15am at the Julian Smith BBQ prior to the 1-Mile Fun Run

    Dogs: Dogs are welcome in the Dog Gone Cold 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run but please be courteous of fellow runners without dogs! All dogs MUST be leashed, well socialized and up to date on all vaccinations.

    Walkers: Walkers are encouraged to participate on the Dog Gone Cold 5k!

    Date and Time: The Dog Gone Cold 5K Run/Walk will begin at 10:00a.m. on January 30, 2016. The start line will be in front of the GreenJackets stadium on Milledge Road in Augusta, GA.

    Awards and Race Divisions for the 5K: Awards will be given to the overall top two male and female finishers as well as to the top two male and female finishers in each age division. An award will also be given to the top two male and female dog finishers. Age divisions are: 14 & Under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65 and up.

    5K Timing: Electronic Timing for the 5K will be provided by Strictly Running of Columbia, SC.

    5K Course: The 5K will start in front of the GreenJackets stadium and will continue down in front of the CSRA Humane Society onto the Augusta Canal, loop back at the Augusta Waterworks and finish behind the Julian Smith BBQ Pit on Lake Olmstead.     5K Entry Fee: The Dog Gone Cold 5K non-refundable entry fee is $25 with a t-shirt and $20 without a t-shirt through January 23, 2016 and $30 with a t-shirt and $25 without a t-shirt after January 23, 2016.

    Dog Gone Cold 1-Mile Fun Run: The Dog Gone Cold 1-Mile Fun Run will begin at 9:30am on January 30, 2016 and is open to all ages. The non-refundable entry fee for the 1-Mile Fun Run is $15 with a t-shirt and $10 without a t-shirt. The 1-Mile Fun Run starts in front of the Julian Smith BBQ Pit and follows Milledge Road and turns left onto the path to follow Lake Olmstead to come up behind the Julian Smith BBQ Pit.

    3 Bridges Run - 5K

    The 3 Bridges 5K run & walk takes place on the new River Levee Trail crossing 3 bridges along the scenic Savannah River and the Augusta Canal. The out and back course is paved and has no vehicular traffic.

    Race Start Time: 9 am

    Awards will be given in the following groups:

    Strollers and leashed pets are welcome, and will need to start in the back of the runners.

    We will have packet pick-up and late registration on Friday at Fleet Feet (229 Furys Ferry Rd, Augusta, GA 30907) from 4-7pm and on Saturday morning from 7:45 till 8:30. Pick-up and registration closes at 8:30am.

    Day of race registration will be available for $30.

    Parking: Participant parking is available in the lot next to the start and across the street on the grass lot. Keep an eye out for our signs. Do not park in the Humane Society’s lot.

    Thank you for your interest in the Jaguar Jog 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run! All race proceeds will go towards the purchase of playground equipment for the new Grovetown Elementary School. We greatly appreciate your support!

    Event details and schedule

    Race Times: 5K - 9 a.m., 1 mile Fun Run - 8:30 a.m.

    Race Course

    The race will start and end in front of Grovetown Elementary School. The course is mostly flat and winds through the neighborhoods surrounding the school.

    Packet Pick Up

    Early Packet Pick up will be Friday, March 10th from 4:30-6:00 p.m. in the school lobby or race morning from 7:45-8:45 a.m.

    Race Shirt Guarantee

    All entries received prior to March 1st will be guaranteed a race shirt. Entries received after March 1st will not be guaranteed a shirt or the exact size requested.

    Additional parking is available in the back of the school.

    The 4th Annual 'Til the Cows Come Home 5k is on a beautiful farm with rolling hills, blue skies, and a nice evening breeze.   This trail run is both fun and challenging with sections of small hill running.  Come out for a great evening of fun and exercise.   By participating, you are supporting the great cause of providing health and dental care to the under-served. All proceeds benefit Christ Community Health Services Augusta ( www.cchsaugusta.org ).    

     

    Event details and schedule

    Day-of registration begins at 5:30pm on site and the race begins at 7:00pm.  Please bring a photo ID.

    Register before January 1, 2017 for the discounted $20 rate!

    Registration January 1, 2017-April 20, 2017 is $25. Day of registration is $30.

    Register by April 1st, 2017 to be guaranteed a T-Shirt. 

    Packet pick-up locations TBD.

    There will be a water station at the half-way point.

    Stick around after the race to enjoy post-race snacks and to hear the winners announced.

    Sunglasses or hats encouraged as the course is in an open field where the sun easily shines.

    The Aiken Electric Cooperative Touchstone Energy RUN UNITED is now in its' sixth year and being held in historic downtown Aiken, SC.  The course winds around beautiful live oak trees, horse trails, training tracks, the Aiken Polo field and majestic properties.

    The purpose of RUN UNITED is to promote health and wellness while raising funds to benefit United Way of Aiken County.

    Check-in begins 6:30 a.m., Half Marathon run at 7:30 a.m., 5K at 8 a.m., Kids’ Fun Run at 9 a.m.  Awards immediately following race completion.

      Same day registration begins at 6:30 a.m. April 29th.  

    Register before April 4th and receive a Dri-Fit runners shirt.

    Proceeds from the races are Tax-deductible and benefit the United Way of Aiken County.

    Participants registering by April 4, 2017 will receive a Dri-Fit runners shirt.  Registrations will be accepted up to race day and pricing will change after March 30th to $65 for the Half Marathon, $30 for the 5K and $20 Kids’ Fun Run.

    All half-marathon finishers will receive a medal regardless of their time.

    Please no animals or strollers on the 5K and Half Marathon race route.
