    Augusta Univ. run for the GreenJackets will take place on September 3rd, starting in front of the GreenJackets' Lake Olmstead stadium at 78 Milledge Road in Augusta, GA. The route will take runners around Lake Olmstead, up part of Laurel Lane and then proceed toward Broad Street back to Milledge Road where runners will finish inside the stadium following along the warning track. Each paid race entry receives one entry into the race, a GreenJackets gift and one admission into that evenings game at approximately 6:05pm at GreenJackets' Stadium.

    We are a local organization in Evans, Georgia raising money along with awareness for cancer research. In 2013, our main sponsor, Evans Fitness Club, raised money for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society by sponsoring a 10K. In 2014, we held our very first HALF MARATHON which we raised $8,000! We plan on making this race even bigger this year by adding not only the Half Marathon but also a 10K!

    Patriot Day 5K Fun Run will help raise funds and honor the service and sacrifice of the American military. Walkers are encouraged to participate and the course will not be timed. The Scott Rigsby Foundation provides grants to veterans with disabilities to help begin reintegration process as they transition home from military services; and improves access to Prosthetic and Orthotic care and resources, while supporting programs to advance prosthetic technology for wounded military personnel returning from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. We hope you will consider joining us to help make a difference for those Americans who gave a great deal to defend our freedom.

    The Run for the Roses 5k at Oktoberfest will be held September 23rd, 2016 starting at 6 pm.  Check in will be at 146 Newberry St. Aiken, SC 29801.  The race benefits the Children's Hospital of Georgia and the Juvenile Arthritis Foundation.   Runners over the age of 21 will get a free Oktoberfest stien.  The first 100 runners to sign up will recieve a Run for the Roses 5K shirt as well.

    The race will start at 6pm.  Packets can be picked up on September 22nd from 5:30-7:30pm from the Student Activies Building at USC Aiken, 471 University Parkway, or day of on the 23rd up until 5:30 pm at 146 Newberry St. Aiken, SC 29801.

    The Quacks and Stacks 5K, 10K & Duck Dash is a family-friendly event to raise funds to support educational needs for orphaned and vulnerable children in Swaziland, Africa. The day will begin with the 5K and 10K followed by a 100-meter duck dash down the Augusta canal. A pancake breakfast will be served for all participants.

    To guarantee your t-shirt, please register by Thursday, Sept. 13. Registrations after Sept. 13, as well as walk-up registrations, will be accepted, however, t-shirts will be given as supply and size allows.

    Save $5 on the 5K and $10 on the 10K with your ASRC membership

    Participants will run or walk a 5k/10k course starting at the Activity Center in Riverview Park and follow the Greeneway.  The course is flat with slight inclines and is shaded with a canopy of trees. The run/walk will start at 8:00 AM.  Participation is free for children under 12 years of age.  Strollers and leashed pets are welcome. 

    Pick up your race packets at Fleet Feet Sports, 229 Fury's Ferry Rd, Augusta, Ga, on Friday 9/30/2016 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. or at the Activity at 7:00 AM on Saturday 10/1/2016, race day.  All events will take place rain or shine.

    Day of race registration will be available for $35/$45/$20.

    • Rae’s Creek Aquaduct on the Augusta Canal Towpath at the Lake Olmstead

    Participants will run or walk a 5k/10k course starting at the Rae’s Creek Aquaduct on the Augusta Canal Towpath at the Lake Olmstead entry.  The course is flat with slight inclines and is shaded with a canopy of trees. The run/walk will start at 8:00 AM.  Participation is free for children under 11 years of age. (only paid registrants receive t-shirts)  Strollers and leashed pets are welcome.  Pick up your race packets the event starting at 7:00 AM on Saturday 10/8/2016, race day.  All events will take place rain or shine.  Early registration and packet pickup is recommended.     The race will start at Redeemer Church on William Few Parkway and the run will continue down Clanton Road for 1.5 miles then turn around and return to Redeemer church to finish. Flat, tree lined course.

    Hope House and Columbia County Community Connections (CCCC) will be hosting our second annual Red Ribbon Run on October 22, 2016 at River Levee Trail in Augusta, Georgia. The Red Ribbon Run is in celebration of Red Ribbon Week, a week dedicated to the promotion, awareness, and prevention of drug use in youth.  Please join us for this family-friendly event complete with food, games, and fun! Pets are welcome! Wear your costume for our post-race costume contest! We will have an adult (18+), a youth, and even a pet winner!

    After October 14, 2016, registration will increase as follows:

    Fun Run - 1/2 mile (12 & under): $20/person 

    Walker(s): $20/person

    Runner(s): $30/person

    Race Day - Saturday, October 31, 2015:

    On-site registration begins at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event. Late registration and packet pick up will be available on site until 30 minutes prior to race time.

    The Race for the Fallen Glow Run is a night time family-fun race for participants of all ages & speeds!

    The Police Benevolent Foundation’s Race for the Fallen (R4TF) GLOW RUN race series was created to honor fallen officers and their families.

    The Race for the Fallen Glow Run is a night time family-fun
    race for participants of all ages & speeds!

    Event Start: The Race for the Fallen will begin at 6:30 PM (or after sunset). The starting point will be the at the Augusta Common. (Follow the signs posted on race day). Check-in and late registration will begin at 4:00 PM the day of the race.

    You are allowed to pick up a packet for someone 18 or younger.
